Dematerialized check-in / out registration procedures to secure your stay. 
Circulation and layout of reception and luggage area to avoid handling and contact as much as possible.



Complete cleaning of all rooms, bathrooms and common areas on a daily basis. 

Cleaning of common areas and in particular handles, switches, elevator buttons, room keys between each guest passage. 

Each room is blocked 24 hours after a client’s departure (subject to availability). 

Changing of cleaning equipment between each room, including microfiber cloths and wipes. 

As usual, systematic change of all linen and reception products available in the room between each client.

Use of disinfectant detergent products approved according the standard.

The staff is equipped with masks, gloves and hydroalcoholic gel. 

Teams are trained in barrier gestures and make sure to wash their hands as regularly as possible and after each interaction.

To avoid handling as much as possible, water bottles will be available on request at the reception desk.

Breakfast will be served in your room and not in the usual buffet form to avoid any interaction.
