The entire team at the Hôtel de Lille is committed to strengthening hygiene and cleaning measures within the establishment.


Check in/out 

Dematerialized check-in/out procedures to secure your stay.
Flow and layout of the reception and luggage storage to minimize handling and contact.


Cleaning

Complete cleaning of all rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily. 

Cleaning of common areas, especially door handles, switches, elevator buttons, and room keys between each guest's visit.

Each room is blocked for 24 hours after a guest's departure (subject to availability). 

Change of cleaning equipment between each room, including cloths and microfiber wipes.

As usual, systematic change of all linens and all hospitality products available in the room between each guest.

Use of disinfectant detergent products approved according to current standards 

The staff is equipped with masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer.

The teams are trained in barrier gestures and ensure they wash their hands as regularly as possible and after each interaction. 

To minimize handling, water bottles are available on request at the reception.
