The earthly foods of the Hotel de Lille are crafted in a varied and refined gourmet menu, available in thematic savory and sweet plates (Spanish charcuterie, Italian platter, raw vegetables, cheeses...).
Each dish has been selected from a producer we invite you to discover.
Freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit salad, fresh fruits, selection of organic cereals and dried fruits, selection of local cold cuts, selection of farmhouse cheeses.
The brunch is all-you-can-eat, buffet-style. Freshly squeezed juice is served at the table. We have a choice between a large glass of freshly pressed oranges, grapefruit, or lemons. Our oranges come directly from our Portuguese producer in the Douro Valley, as we purchase his entire production each year. This allows us to certify the quality and absence of any pesticide treatments. The buffet consists of mini pastries, bread, pancakes (with maple syrup), as well as the essential eggs, various cold cuts, and cheeses. On the savory side, pies, mini croque-monsieurs, and smoked salmon plates are offered. For desserts, cakes, as well as mini macarons, éclairs, financiers, and canelés are available. Hot beverages are also unlimited: tea, coffee, hot chocolate.
The brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday by reservation, and the lovely terrace is very pleasant to enjoy between April and the end of October.
Throughout the year, the warm room with its Saint-Germain cellar-inspired decor welcomes you. Something to make you travel during brunch time.
At the Hôtel de Lille, we have established a partnership with one of our neighbors: the Atelier/Restaurant Eclipses by Chef Cyril Choisne.
We offer you two formats:
The box version, which you can order from Monday to Saturday between 12 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Gourmet salad, club sandwiches, dessert tarts...
The Menu version, which you can order from Monday to Friday between 11 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. and on weekends with an order placed the day before at 5 p.m.
You can enjoy these in your room, in the breakfast room, and on the two terraces available with time slots managed by reception and in strict compliance with current health measures. Please note that from Thursday to Sunday lunchtime, you can also enjoy the box version for a Parisian picnic with an additional drink (water/soda/rosé wine/champagne).
Our room service, open from 7 AM to 10 PM, can also serve you a gourmet meal upon request or a picnic basket in your room.
